I am so grateful for the many many blessing that I have in my life. Some are big and some are small but I am truly grateful for them all. I am especially grateful for my little family. Joe is a wonderful husband, father and best friend. Each of my kiddos light my life in different ways. But I wouldn't have it any different! We are truly blessed to have had little Whitt join our family this August. It's crazy how he completes us! I am also very blessed to have such a wonderful and loving immediate and extended family. They bless our lives so much! I am very very grateful for our health and protection we have each day.
I am eternally grateful for my Father in Heaven and for the Savior Jesus Christ. I am thankful for the plan of salvation and for the Atonement and for the power it can bring into our lives.
Here are some pictures she took of our family during different stages in our lives - man alive, our little family has grown :)
Bathed Whitt & Cash came in to lay on ground by him and he said Um you smell good baby Whitt!

Last night Cash woke up while I was taking care of Whitt. He asked that I stay in there. A few minutes later he wanted me to hold him. He climbed up on the recliner and snuggled in. It was a great moment with my boys! It was perfectly quiet with Cash snuggled right in and feeding Whitt. I love my little boys! And big girls too!

Wednesday the result on Whitt's PKU came back normal and then yesterday was his final bilirubin test and it came back normal too! Hallelujah!!! He finally had bowel movement on his own also. Yay!! We did newborn pictures and let's just say he is NOT a fan of having pictures taken. Love my little guy so much. Love all my little people :)

Fair week has come to a close. It has been a fun hectic tiring week to say the least. Especially with our newborn. So thankful Joe pulled the trailer over so we could relax in the air conditioning. I think part of the reason we were all so exhausted was it was near 100 degrees all week long!
The girls did so well showing their calves both ended up 2nd in their class. They did so well. I was most nervous for McCall but she pulled it off and showed them how to show that calf. She had the biggest grin on her face! They both did great.
I think me and Whitt may have over done it. But we are slowly starting to feel a little better.
Whitt was born Friday 8/19/11 at 5:26 pm & weighed 7.9 lbs & 20". He is perfect! Right now I am sure wearing my heart on my sleeve & my eyes too! I feel such an overwhelming sense of love & gratitude. I feel like my heart is going to explode! I am so thankful and blessed he has come to be our little one. I do feel sad I didn't enjoy "the journey" of pregnancy as much as I should have. I already miss his little kicks & movement inside of me. I feel my Father in Heavens love so strong. It's hard to think that this will be the last time I get to feel these overwhelming feelings from bringing a precious little one into the world. I am ever grateful my all of my children. I love them & pray I can be the mom they so desperately need me to be.
I can't believe our little peanut Cash is turning 3 years old!
Cash - 7/23/2008
Cash - 3 years old
He is such a good little boy. Lately he has become an extreme "Daddy's Boy." He doesn't want anyone but Dad to do anything for him. It makes me sad on some aspects but not too sad on others ;) He is still really skinny and tall. Probably will end up like my brother J.C. Dang genes....why couldn't I get the tall and skinny?? He is truly a joy in our family. Even when he throws fits. We have to sit in the recliner in his room and wait for him to fall asleep. He makes ya stay in there too! When its my turn to sit in there...which isn't often...remember he is a Daddy's Boy... He sneaks from his bed to my lap to snuggle. With his blankie, pillow and all. But I don't mind. He probably ends up in our bed...ummm ... 4 out of 7 nights a week. But we are both so exhausted that he ends up staying there. Good thing for king size beds! We have been working on the potty training deal... Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. He LOVES his sisters so much and is enjoying having them home during summertime. Probably more than they enjoy him hanging out with them. He still LOVES tractors and four wheelers and the Ranger. But he has also found a new found love...the riding lawn mower. His eyes still sparkle beyond compare and they are bigger than the harvest moon. He gives great loves and kisses and hugs. He has been his dad's little worker boy. Joe says he actually does better at work than the girls and is actually helpful when he gets to go. We are all a little nervous about what he will do when his world of being the baby comes to the end when his baby brother gets here. You know he has been the baby in the family and in our eyes for like three years! Happy Birthday Little Buddy!! We love you more than you can ever imagine!!!
We didn't have anything to do on Saturday so Joe decided he wanted to take the kids fishing at the fish farm in No. Ogden. When we went to Whitney last year Oaklie caught all the fish....McCall caught nada... So this was an opportunity for all the kiddos to catch some fish. We had a lot of fun. I think McCall caught three, Oaklie caught three, Cash caught one, and I caught three. Cash thought the fishing was fun until he caught one and that darn fish was out of the water. Then it kind of freaked him out. Joe literally was holding him tight to get the shot of him, Cash and the fish. He wanted nothing to do with that thing. Silly boy! We even had fish for dinner that night....which says a lot because we are NOT fish eaters around here...(well, Joe maybe but definitely not me!) It really didn't taste fishy at all. Cash thought it was chicken. He told us that was good chicken :)
Our little Miss McCall turned 7 years old on May 5th!
McCall - 2 months old
McCall - 7 years old
McCall is quite the little girl...She is so full of life, enthusiasm, happiness (most of the time) and keeping us on our toes. She is the QUEEN of one liners and is always trying to keep us laughing. So of the stuff she comes up with is priceless. She was looking in the mirror in the car and said..Ummm...Ya I look good! On the way to St George some churchy music came on and she said Not church music put something good on...Then we proceed to tease her that we were going to church down there. She said, "I thought this vacation was suppose to be fun!" She is our crazy kid and is always smiling! She has the wildest hair ever. It is a pain to brush or comb through. Even when it is fixed....it somehow comes out and her wildness shines through! She is getting to be quite the little student and has come a long ways from a couple years ago. She is an awesome little soccer player. Sometimes a little too awesome... Her coach told her she had to be nice and let others have the ball and score goals too! She adores her little brother to no end and they play so great together. They are the best of buddies. She is going to show a bucket calf this year at the fair. It is crazy how time flies! I LOVE my little baby bug!!!
Last Christmas, I finally talked Joe into getting a piano (it helped it was only $200) for the girls and starting them in piano lessons as part of their Christmas presents. We have a very nice teacher who lives a little ways down the street from us. The girls enjoy riding their bikes down to her house and back. She is kind and loving and patient with them. She normally only takes students after they turn eight, but she said we'd start McCall on a little trial basis to see how well she does. She has been very impressed with both of them. They have really improved since starting right before Christmas. McCall is getting really good at reading the notes on the music and playing the corresponding keys that goes with that note. Oaklie is getting really good too. But I think that she sometimes focus on listening and going by what she hears instead of reading the music. She will get through it though!
This past Sunday they had their first piano recital and they did so good! We were really proud of them. I felt a little bad for McCall because she knew her little songs by heart and had practiced so hard but the nerves got to her a little bit. But she powered through it. McCall played Jingle Bells, Birthday Party and her own little made up song Popcorn. Oaklie got up there and just played wonderfully! She played I Belong to the Church of Jesus Christ and her little made up song Waterfall. Way to go girls!! Thank you to our families for supporting them!
Here are some pictures from before the rectial:
Here is their recital. Sorry for the poor quality video!
Miss Oaklie Jo turned eight on January 22, 2011. She has been so excited to be able to be baptized. She was baptized and confirmed by her dad at the Fielding Stake Baptism on February 5, 2011. We were very lucky to have both sides of our families come and witness her special day. We are very proud of her and hope she continues to stay close to her Heavenly Father & our Savior Jesus Christ and that she will continue to make good choices! Love You Oak!!!
Here are pictures of her special day (sorry for the bad pictures....lighting in the church bldg not so good):
We wanted to take some Baptism/Eight year old pictures in January but since it was frigid cold and her slacker mother wasn't feeling so good for a couple months...we finally got around to taking some pictures of her in June:
